Total Weight loss = -61.0 lbs loss

Missed a week…. but back on the workout regiment!  61 LBS loss… I’m happy with that; but still have a long way to go…

Blood Pressure = 132/70
Pulse = 82
Gain/Loss = -0.2 lbs loss
Total Weight loss = -54.6 lbs loss

Status Update: May 05, 2009

Height = 5’11”
Weight = 350.8 lbs
Blood Pressure = 130/72
Pulse = 84
Gain/Loss = -7.8 lbs loss
Total Weight loss = -54.4 lbs loss

Now we’re talking… Whew, good weight loss this week.  Still trying to get going with the P90X—-Did the first DVD and GEEZE;

This SUCKS!  🙂  However, I did kinda “cheat” this past weekend.  I had “1” serving of White Chocolate Rum Bread Pudding—- and MMM it was GREAT!

Started really working out hard lately… and doing P90X… Hope to see some real heavy weight loss this coming week.

Gain/Loss = -11.4 lbs loss
Total Weight loss = -40.2 lbs loss

OK, much better…  11.4 lbs weight loss in 1 week.  I got in some exercise and some yoga… believe it—-the yoga helps.

Pulse = 76
Gain/Loss = -1.0 lbs loss
Total Weight loss = -28.8 lbs loss

Grrr… Only 1 lbs weight loss.  However, I’m thinking that drinking a lot of water on the weigh in day is probably a bad thing.
