Here is my list for the first few weeks of the slow-carb diet… All of these ingredients can be found at your local Whole Foods Market…. Or any grocery store… Try to get grass-fed beef if possible.
Flax Seed Oil (Small amount on spinach)
No sugar/salt added salsa (over the egg whites)
Frozen chopped spinach
Black beans (canned is fine…

FYI – Just a photo progess update. Lost over 205 pounds so far… Another 80-90 more pounds to go… And just about down to a 38″ waist…when I started I was a 58″!!!
Thanks Everyone for your encouragement and support! I still have a ways to go still…… but, I’m in the home stretch!

Thanks to everyone who has supported my through this! I still have a long way to go!
Well, I know I haven’t updated this site in a while…. However, I’m “getting on it” for this summer…. Getting ready for the next round of weight loss. Been doing good so far—maintaing my current weight—-and keeping healthy. However, I need the next 100lbs to be off— to really be where I’m supposed to be.
FYI – Just a photo progess update. I’m going to try to update more often. Getting ready to lose the next 100 pounds!
