Blood Pressure = 130/82
Pulse = 86
Gain/Loss = -0.6 lbs loss
Total Weight loss = -46.6 lbs loss

This SUCKS!  :)  However, I did kinda “cheat” this past weekend.  I had “1″ serving of White Chocolate Rum Bread Pudding—- and MMM it was GREAT!  Had a great time at the Lafayette Louisiana International Music Festival.  Only lost 0.6 lbs—but didn’t gain at least.

Started really working out hard lately… and doing P90X… Hope to see some real heavy weight loss this coming week.

Weight = 365.0 lbs
Blood Pressure = 120/70
Pulse = 62
Gain/Loss = -11.4 lbs loss
Total Weight loss = -40.2 lbs loss

OK, much better…  11.4 lbs weight loss in 1 week.  I got in some exercise and some yoga… believe it—-the yoga helps.

Grrr… Only 1 lbs weight loss.  However, I’m thinking that drinking a lot of water on the weigh in day is probably a bad thing.

Total Weight loss = -24.4 lbs loss

Pretty good, considering I was in Austin, TX over the weekend and had a SMALL bit of BBQ… Need to drink ALOT more water— 8 glasses at least… Starting up exercising and cycling around Baton Rouge/LSU.

Only lost 4.2 pounds this week; however, I’m just not starting to workout again… Cycling, walking, etc… I think the first week’s weight loss was all water weight… GRRR…  Still, I’m determined.

Lost 14.6 LBS in about 6 days!!!!  I feel so much better—and clothes fitting WAY looser.  More updates soon.

Stats Update: February 23, 2009

Weight = 405.2 lbs — I was actually heavier than this a few weeks before starting.  I lost some weight after being scared shitless about having diabetes.  I am going to try and find some initial MD reports, showing my weight at approx 480lbs.

Waist size (tape measure) = 64″
BMI = 56.4
Waist size (pants size) = 54″ Dockers
Blood Pressure = 130/58
Pulse = 90

Well, the liquid diet starts tomorrow… I’ll be doing my final blood work and DR’s visit. Also, will be picking up my liquids/meals for the week. More to come shortly.
