I’ve always heard good things about intermittent fasting for the purposes of weight loss and general health. I’ve always found it really hard to keep track of when I should be eating or fasting.

2016 was basically a rollercoaster ride —- However, It’s on in 2017! More blogging and kicking ass in the weight loss/fitness department!

I’m gonna have to really put the peddle to the medal — and get back serious on my weight loss. I was/am kind of in a plateau; however, I’ve actually been going in the WRONG direction. Gained about 20LBS since April. THIS IS NOT GOOD. Right now, I’m weighing in around 290LBS….

Well, I know I haven’t updated this site in a while…. However, I’m “getting on it” for this summer…. Getting ready for the next round of weight loss. Been doing good so far—maintaing my current weight—-and keeping healthy. However, I need the next 100lbs to be off— to really be where I’m supposed to be.
