Hey Brian… I’m just above 300LBS… Down from 420LBS… Also, went from a size 56″ waist to a size 44″… My goal is to get back down to a size 32″ waist.

It’s been the BEST thing I’ve ever done. I feel so much better—and every aspect of my life/work, etc has improved.

I’m going to keep posting regularly again on this site.
